As mentioned on the about page, Digital Ashes is a one-person company. Finding the right balance when providing support is a constant challenge. The reality is, 30 minutes answering support emails is 30 minutes not spent making my apps better for everyone.

But you're not on your own! All of Digital Ashes' mobile apps include a comprehensive FAQ which aim to save us both time by answering your question as quickly as possible. Access it via Settings -> FAQ.

In the event your query is still unresolved by the FAQ, you can @ or DM me on Twitter or email here - be sure to include as much detail pertaining to your issue as possible. I will read and consider all feedback, but unfortunately I can't possibly respond to everything sent my way. If I did, I'd have little time for anything else. Thanks for understanding.
